Objective To investigate the effectiveness of minimally invasive percutaneous nail fixation in the treatment of spinal compression fractures and its influence on operation time，blood loss and complications. Methods? From March 2018 to March 2020，90 patients with spinal compression fracture admitted to Xingbin District People's Hospital of Laibin City，Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region were selected as an object of study，according to the random number table method，they were divided into study group and control group，with 45 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional open surgery，and the study group was given percutaneous minimally invasive nail internal fixation. The operative indicators and complication rates of the two groups were observed and compared. Results The operative time，incision length and length of hospital stay in the study group were shorter than those in the control group，and the intraoperative blood loss was also less than that in the control group（P ＜0.05）. The complication rate of the study group was significantly different from the control group（P ＜0.05）.Conclusion The application of percutaneous minimally invasive nail internal fixation in the treatment of spinal compression fractures can significantly shorten the time of operation and hospitalization of patients，and can reduce the occurrence of multiple complications，which is worthy of clinical application.
