Objective To observe the application effect of painless delivery technology in vaginal trial production of scar uterus pregnancy. Methods? From March 2019 to March 2020 in Yangjiang Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital，120 cases of pregnant women with scar uterus were selected as the research object. According to the choice of continuous epidural anesthesia，puerpera were divided into observation group（implemented）and control group（not implemented），with 60 cases in each group. The analgesic effect，vaginal trial delivery success，neonatal asphyxia，vaginal bleeding volume，labor process time and so on were compared between the two groups. Results? The analgesic effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group（P＜0.05）. The success rate of vaginal trial production was higher than that of the control group（P＜0.05）. The neonatal asphyxia，vaginal bleeding volume and labor process time of the study group were less than those of the control group（P＜0.05）.Conclusion The application of painless delivery technology in vaginal delivery of scar uterus after cesarean section can promote natural delivery. It is worthy of clinical promotion and application to reduce the rate of repeated cesarean section and improve the quality of obstetrics.
