Objective To investigate the effect of xiaoaiping tablets combined with conventional chemotherapy onTGF-α and VEGF in patients with stage Ⅲ-Ⅳ gastric cancer. Methods? Choose from January 2019 to May 2020，60 patients with stage Ⅲ-Ⅳ gastric cancer treated in Wuxi Xishan People's Hospital were taken as the research objects，according to the method of random numbers are divided into experimental group and routine group，30 cases each. The treatment effect，quality of life（KPS score），VAS pain score，serum TGF-α and VEGF levels before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results? The short-term effective rate of the experimental group was 90.00%，which was higher than that of the conventional group（70.00%，P＜0.05）. KPS score，VAS score，serum TGF-α and VEGF in experimental group were better than those in routine group（P＜0.05）. Regarding the toxicity profile，there were no significant differences between the two groups（P＞0.05）；with regard to moderate and severe toxic reactions，leukopenia and hemoglobin decrease in the experimental group were 0 case，while those in the control group were 16.67% and 6.67% respectively，which were lower in the experimental group than those in the control group（P＜0.05）. Conclusion? Xiaoaiping tablets combined with conventional chemotherapy can effectively control the progression of stage Ⅲ-Ⅳ gastric cancer and improve the therapeutic effect，which is worth popularizing.
