Objective To study the prevention and treatment effect of binocular vision perception network trainingin amblyopia children. Methods? A total of 50 cases of amblyopia children admitted to Changzhou Third People'sHospital from October 2019 to May 2020 were selected as the research objects. The control group（25 cases）： the implementation of fine occupational therapy，the analysis group（25 cases）： the implementation of binocular visionperception network training. The effect of different treatment programs on the visual acuity，treatment effect，perception level，eye position，hand eye coordination ability of amblyopia children were compared. Results? Beforetreatment，there was no significant difference between the two groups in children's visual acuity（P＞0.05）；after treatment，the children's visual acuity in the analysis group was better than that in the control group（P ＜0.05）.The treatment effectiveness of 92.00% in the analysis group was higher than that of 60.00% in the control group（P＜0.05）. Before treatment，there was no significant difference in perception level eye position and hand eye coordination ability between the two groups（P＞0.05）；after treatment，the perceptual eye position of theanalysis group was lower than that of the control group，and the hand eye coordination ability of the analysis group was higher than that of the control group（P ＜0.05）. Conclusion? Due to the high incidence of amblyopia，it is very important for children to choose the correct and efficient treatment plan. Binocular vision perception network training has high application value，which can not only improve the vision of children with amblyopia，but also improve their hand eye coordination ability，which can be used as the first choice for the treatment of amblyopia.
