Objective To observe the effect of arthroscopy combined with minimally invasive technique in the treatment of multiple ligament injuries of knee joint. Methods? From June 2018 to January 2020，46 patients with multiple ligament injuries of knee joints admitted to Nanhai Hospital，Guangdong Provincial People's Hospital were selected and divided into control group and observation group by drawing lots with single and double numbers，with 23 patients in each group. The control group was treated with conventional orthopedic surgery，while the treatment group was treated with arthroscopy combined with minimally invasive techniques. The treatment effect，knee function score and complications were compared between the two groups. Results? The treatment effects of the observation group was significantly better than the control group（P＜0.05）；the knee joint function scores of both groups all increased，and the scores of the observation group were all higher than those of the control group in different periods（P＜0.05）；the complication rate of the observation group was significantly less than that of the control group（P＜0.05）. Conclusion? After the treatment of multiple ligament injuries of knee joint by arthroscopy combined with minimally invasive technique，the knee joint function recovered well with few complications.
