Objective To explore the application value of self-made endotracheal tube automatic core-out device in endotracheal intubation. Methods? Selecting 86 patients admitted in People's Hospital of Yinan County with grade I-IV in ASA and grade I-III airway assessment modified Mallampati classification who underwent general anesthesia tracheal intubation from January to December 2019，according to random number table method divided into observation group and control group，43 cases in each group. The observation group was operated with endotracheal tube automatic uncored device by single person，while the control group was operated with conventional endotracheal intubation. The changes of vital signs，the success rate of one intubation，the average duration of intubation，and the complications of endotracheal intubation were compared between the two groups before and after intubation.Results? There was no significant difference in MAP，HR and SpO2 changes between the two groups before，during and 3 min after intubation（P＞0.05）. The success rate of one intubation in the observation group was 95.35%，with no significant difference compared with 83.72% in the control group（P＞0.05）. However，the average intubation time of patients in the observation group was（24.52±6.46）s，and the difference was statistically significant compared with（36.73±7.13）s in the control group（P＜0.01）. The incidence of endotracheal intubation complications in the observation group was 11.63%，which was statistically significant compared with 30.23% in the control group（P＜0.05）. Conclusion? The self-made endotracheal catheter can be used in endotracheal intubation，and can be operated by a single person. It has the advantages of rapid，safe，simple and easy operation，which is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
