Objective To study the effect of stratified intervention applied to maintenance hemodialysis patients on hypotension and negative emotions. Methods? A total of 80 maintenance hemodialysis patients admitted to Shanghai Tenth People's Hospital from June 2019 to July 2020 were selected for observation. The number table was used for random grouping，with 40 cases in each group. The control group used routine interventions in maintenance hemodialysis treatment，and the test group implemented stratified interventions in maintenance hemodialysis treatment. Compare the incidence of hypotension and changes in negative emotions in patients under the two intervention methods. Results? In the experimental group that implemented stratified intervention，the probability of patients with hypotension during hemodialysis was lower than that of the control group，and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P＜0.05）；and the improvement effect of negative emotion in the experimental group after intervention was higher，compared with the control group，the difference is statistically significant（P＜0.05）. Conclusion? Stratification can reduce the incidence of hypotension and improve the emotional stability of patients with maintenance hemodialysis.
