    目的 研究分层干预应用于维持性血液透析患者对低血压及负性情绪的影响。方法? 选取 2019 年 6 月至 2020 年 7 月上海市第十人民医院收治的 80 例维持性血液透析患者纳入观察,采用数字表抽取法随机分组,每组 40 例。对照组采用维持性血液透析治疗中的常规干预,试验组实施维持性血液透析治疗中的分层干预。比较两种干预方式下患者低血压的发生率及负性情绪的变化。结果? 实施分层干预的试验组,患者血液透析过程中出现低血压的概率低于对照组,两组差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05);且试验组患者干预后负性情绪的改善效果较好,与对照组形成对比,差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。结论? 对维持性血液透析患者实施干预时采用分层能降低低血压的发生率,提高患者情绪的稳定。

    Abstract:

    Objective To study the effect of stratified intervention applied to maintenance hemodialysis patients on hypotension and negative emotions. Methods? A total of 80 maintenance hemodialysis patients admitted to Shanghai Tenth People's Hospital from June 2019 to July 2020 were selected for observation. The number table was used for random grouping,with 40 cases in each group. The control group used routine interventions in maintenance hemodialysis treatment,and the test group implemented stratified interventions in maintenance hemodialysis treatment. Compare the incidence of hypotension and changes in negative emotions in patients under the two intervention methods. Results? In the experimental group that implemented stratified intervention,the probability of patients with hypotension during hemodialysis was lower than that of the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);and the improvement effect of negative emotion in the experimental group after intervention was higher,compared with the control group,the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion? Stratification can reduce the incidence of hypotension and improve the emotional stability of patients with maintenance hemodialysis.
