Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Modified Oriental Wormwood Decoction，touch and acupoint massage on neonatal jaundice. Methods? From January 2018 to February 2020，130 cases of pathological jaundice newborns admitted to Yangzhou Friendship Hospital were divided into control group and observation group，65 cases each. The control group was irradiated with blue light，and the observation group was treated with Modified Oriental Wormwood Decoction，touch and acupoint massage for 1 week. The effective rate，jaundice regression time，bilirubin level and bilirubin reduction time were compared between the two groups，and the index of serum central muscle injury was monitored. Results? The effective rate of the observation group and the control group was 92.31% and 75.38% respectively. The clinical efficacy of the observation group was better（P＜0.05）. In the observation group，the resolution time of jaundice was faster after treatment，the bilirubin level was significantly reduced，and the time of bilirubin to normal was shorter（P＜0.05）. The levels of CK-MB and LDH in serum of the children in the observation group were significantly reduced（P＜0.05）. Conclusion? Modified Oriental Wormwood Decoction，touch and acupoint massage is conducive to promoting the retreat of jaundice，reducing clinical symptoms，and protecting cardiac muscle cells.
