Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of cefoperazone sodium and Sulbactam Sodium for injection. Method? A total of 120 patients with bacterial infection who were admitted to Hongze District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2019 to March 2020 were selected as the study subjects and divided into conventional group（n=60）and study group（n=60）according to the treatment modality，the conventional group was given ceftazidime by intravenous infusion and the study group was given cefoperazone sodium sulbactam for injection. The levels of inflammatory factors [tumor necrosis factor（TNF-a），interleukin-5（IL-5）， interleukin-4（IL-4），procalcitonin（PCT）] were compared between the two groups before treatment and after 8 days of treatment，and the incidence of adverse reactions（urticaria，dyspnea，diarrhea，nausea and vomiting， dizziness and headache）and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups. Results Before treatment， there was no significant difference in the levels of TNF-a，IL-5，IL-4 and PCT between the two groups（P＞0.05）.After treatment，the levels of TNF-a，IL-5，IL-4 and PCT in the two groups were lower than those before treatment，while those in the study group were lower than those in the conventional group（P＜0.05）. The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 5.00%，lower than 16.67% in the conventional group（P＜0.05）；the total effective rate of the study group was 96.67%，higher than 83.33% of the conventional group（P＜0.05）. Conclusion? The treatment of cefoperazone sodium and sulbactam sodium for injection in patients with infection can quickly alleviate the inflammatory reaction，and the adverse reaction is small，the clinical effect is significant.
