Objective To explore the clinical effect of azithromycin combined with budesonide suspension aerosol inhalation in the treatment of children with mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia. Methods A total of 60 children with mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia who were admitted to Guizhou Provincial Rhodan County People's Hospital from March 2016 to March 2018 were selected as observation subjects，and the observation subjects were divided into two groups，30 children were treated with azithromycin and were the control group，and the other 30 children were treated with budesonide suspension aerosolized inhalation therapy combined with the implementation of budesonide suspension aerosolization and were the observation group. Observe and compare the curative effect，adverse reaction and symptom relief of the two groups，analyze the treatment progress and summarize the influence of different treatment schemes on the patients. Results? Combined with the observation and analysis of multiple indicators， the observation group had higher treatment efficiency，lower incidence of adverse reactions，and symptoms were relieved in a short time，the difference was statistically significant compared with the control group（P＜0.05）.Conclusion? The efficacy and safety of azithromycin combined with budesonide suspension atomization inhalation in the treatment of mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia in children is good，which can help patients relieve symptoms and has high clinical application value and is worthy of promotion.
