ObjectiveTo observe and compare the efficacy of hysteroscopic electrotomy and curettage in the?treatment of endometrial polyps. MethodsTotal 54 cases of endometrial polyp patients of the Second People's? Hospital of Huishan District from May 2019 to January 2020 were selected as the research object，according to the table of random numbers，they were divided into two groups:electrotomy group（treated with hysteroscopy electricity cut method）and curettage group（treated with curettage surgery under hysteroscopy），27 cases of each group. The surgical condition，incidence of postoperative complications，recurrence rate of lesions were compaaned between the two groups. ResultsThe amount of blood loss in the electrotomy group was significantly less than that in the curettage? group（P ＜ 0.05）. The incidence of postoperative complications and the recurrence rate of lesions within 12 months of electrotomy group were significantly lower than those in the curettage group（P ＜ 0.05）. ConclusionCompared with? curettage，hysteroscopic electrotomy is more effective in the treatment of endometrial polyps，with fewer postoperative complications，and can significantly reduce the pain of patients，which has the value of promotion.
