    摘要:

    目的观察比较宫腔镜下电切术与刮宫术用于子宫内膜息肉患者中的治疗效果。方法 选取无锡市惠山区第二人民医院 2019 年? 5月至 2020 年 1月收治的 54 例子宫内膜息肉患者为研究对象,根据随机数表法将其分为两组,分别是电切组(采用宫腔镜下电切术方 案治疗)与刮宫组(采用宫腔镜下刮宫术方案治疗),每组各 27例,分析比较两组患者的手术情况、术后病灶复发情况、并发症发生情况。 结果 电切组患者术中出血量明显少于刮宫组(?P <0.05);术后并发症发生率及 12 个月内病灶复发率均明显低于刮宫(P <0.05)。 结论 相较于刮宫术,宫腔镜下电切术治疗子宫内膜息肉的效果更显著,术后并发症更少,可明显减轻患者痛苦,具有推广价值?。

    Abstract:

    ObjectiveTo observe and compare the efficacy of hysteroscopic electrotomy and curettage in the?treatment of endometrial polyps. MethodsTotal 54 cases of endometrial polyp patients of the Second People's? Hospital of Huishan District from May 2019 to January 2020 were selected as the research object,according to the table of random numbers,they were divided into two groups:electrotomy group(treated with hysteroscopy electricity cut method)and curettage group(treated with curettage surgery under hysteroscopy),27 cases of each group. The surgical condition,incidence of postoperative complications,recurrence rate of lesions were compaaned between the two groups. ResultsThe amount of blood loss in the electrotomy group was significantly less than that in the curettage? group(P < 0.05). The incidence of postoperative complications and the recurrence rate of lesions within 12 months of electrotomy group were significantly lower than those in the curettage group(P < 0.05). ConclusionCompared with? curettage,hysteroscopic electrotomy is more effective in the treatment of endometrial polyps,with fewer postoperative complications,and can significantly reduce the pain of patients,which has the value of promotion.
