Objective To observe and study the clinical effect of arthroscopic debridement combined with Shenjin Tougu Prescription in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis. Methods?A total of 70 patients with knee osteoarthritis admitted to Rizhao Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2019 to May 2020 were selected as the research subjects. According to the random number table method，all patients were divided into control group and study group. There were 35 patients in each group. Arthroscopic debridement was performed in the control group. The study group was combined with Shenjin Tougu Prestige fumigation treatment in the base of control group，and the clinical treatment effect and improvement of joint function 6 months after operation were observed and compared between the two groups. Results?After treatment，the total effective rate of 94.29% in the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group（71.43%），the difference was statistically significant.（χ2=6.437，P ＜ 0.05）；Lysholm knee score 6 months after surgery in the two groups was significantly higher than that before surgery，and the study group was higher than the control group，the difference was statistically significant（P ＜ 0.05）. Conclusion?The arthroscopic Prescription of patients with knee osteoarthritis combined with the treatment of Shenjin Tougu prescription is very effective，can improve the patient's joint function very well，and has a certain promotion and application value.
