Abstract:Objective To explore the effects of ultra-laser pain therapy equipment supplemented by medical sports rehabilitation technology on knee pain patients’pain, knee joint function and daily living ability. Methods A total of 84 patients with knee pain admitted to Shen Zhen Hospital from June 2018 to June 2020 were selected as the research objects, and they were randomly divided into the control group (42 cases) to receive conventional rehabilitation treatment;the observation group (42 cases) was based on the control group. The super laser pain treatment instrument is supplemented with medical sports rehabilitation technology. The visual analog pain score (VAS) was used to assess pain, the Lysholm knee function score was used to assess knee joint function, and the abilityof daily living (ADL) scale was used to assess the ability of daily living. The pain degree, knee joint function, joint range of motion and ability of daily living were compared between the two groups before and 3 months after the intervention. Results The pain degree of the observation group after 3 months of intervention was significantly lighter than that of the control group(0.84 ± 0.69 points vs.1.56 ± 0.74 points) (P<0.05); the observation group’sLysholm knee function score (76.48±14.34 points) after 3 months of intervention vs.70.23±12.12 points)and knee range of motion(102.41±9.54° vs.92.36±12.45°)were significantly greater than those of the control group(P<0.05); the ADL scale score of the observation group was significantly greater than that of the control group(3 months after the intervention)72.34 ± 8.54 points vs.63.28 ± 11.52 points) (P<0.05). Conclusion Ultra- laser pain therapy instrument combined with medical training therapy can significantly relieve the pain of knee pain patients and improve their knee joint function and ability of daily living.
