Abstract:Objective? To analyze the clinical value of continuous blood purification and intermittent hemodialysis in patients with uremic encephalopathy. Methods? From October 2018 to October 2020, 68 patients with uremic encephalopathy admitted to the Department of Nephrology of Binzhou Central Hospital were selected as the research subjects to carry out a retrospective study. According to different treatment methods, they were divided into experimental groups (using continuous blood Purification treatment) and the control group (given intermittent hemodialysis treatment), 34 cases each. The incidence of adverse reactions, blood creatinine, urea nitrogen, bicarbonate ions and blood pH were compared between the two groups. Results? The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(P < 0.05); the comparison of serum creatinine, urea nitrogen, bicarbonate ion and blood pH between the two groups of patients before dialysis was not statistically significant (P > 0.05), the results of all indicators after dialysis were better than before treatment. The above indicators of the experimental group is better than the control group, and the difference between the groups was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion? For the clinical treatment of patients with uremic encephalopathy, continuous blood purification therapy can improve the level of patients' blood creatinine, urea nitrogen, bicarbonate ion and blood pH. There are fewer adverse reactions, and the treatment safety is relatively high.
