Abstract:Objective? To study the clinical effect of floating needle therapy in the treatment of cervical spondylosis and the improvement of pain status, in order to provide reference for clinical treatment. Methods?A total of 60 patients with cervical spondylosis treated in Neijiang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from July 2020 to June 2021 were selected as the research objects, and they were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method, with 30 cases in each group. Floating needle was used to treat patients in observation group, while electroacupuncture was used to treat patients in control group. The clinical efficacy of cervical spondylosis was compared between the two groups using the evaluation scale and visual analog scale (VAS). Results? After treatment, the scores of cervical spondylosis in the two groups were higher than those before treatment, and the VAS scores were lower than those before treatment (P < 0.05). After treatment, the score of cervical spondylosis in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the VAS score was lower than that in the control group (P <0.05). The therapeutic effect of observation group was better than control group (P <0.05). Conclusion?Floating needle has a great therapeutic effect for cervical type of cervical spondylopathy, and it can relieve clinical symptoms of patients, whichis worth popularizing in clinical practice.
