Abstract:Objective? To analyze the related factors of acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS) complicated with acute kidney injury (AKI), therelationship between angiopoietin 2 (Ang2), C-reactive protein (CRP) andARDS complicated with AKI were explored, and the combined predictive value of Ang2 and CRP were analyzed. Methods? The clinical datas of 80 patients with ARDS in Puning People’s Hospital from January 2020 to August 2021 were collected, the patients were divided into observation group (24 cases of ARDS complicated with AKI) and control group (56 cases of ARDS without AKI), which accorded to whether AKI was concurrent. Logistic multivariate analysis was used to analyze the related factors of ARDS complicated with AKI, and to analyze the value of Ang2 and CRP in judging ARDS complicated with AKI. Results?Logistic multivariate analysis showed that mechanical ventilation (95%CI = 1.304 ~3.608, P = 0.003, OR=2.169), plasma Ang2 (95%CI = 1.623~3.305, P < 0.05, OR=2.316) and plasma CRP (95%CI = 1.203~7.049, P=0.018, OR=2.912) were the high risk factors of ARDS complicated with AKI. The receiver operating char-acteristic (ROC) analysis showed that plasma Ang2 (AUC = 0.731, sensitivity = 0.833, specificity = 0.500, P=0.022), plasma CRP (AUC = 0.747, sensitivity=0.833, specificity=0.679, P=0.014) and joint prediction probability (AUC = 0.795, sensitivity=0.917, specificity=0.607, P=0.003) had high accuracy in judging the risk of ARDS complicated with AKI. Conclusion?Ang2 and CRP are related to the condition of ARDS complicated with AKI. The combined detection of plasma Ang2 and CRP is helpful to judge the risk of ARDS complicated with AKI.
